Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Senior Specialist, Corporate Actions to support accurate processing of corporate action events across managed accounts. You will maintain data, resolve exceptions, and ensure integrity of portfolio information.

Responsibilities include coordinating with custodians and managers, processing elections, and ensuring compliance with controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in corporate actions or related financial services environment.
• Knowledge of corporate action event processing, reconciliations and transaction support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events (mergers, splits, dividends, etc.).
• Monitor announcements to ensure timely, accurate processing across managed accounts.
• Coordinate with custodians, sponsors and investment managers for election management.
• Maintain and validate corporate action data across systems for accuracy.
• Research, analyze and resolve exceptions and processing issues.
• Perform reconciliations and support reporting and operational processing.
• Support onboarding, maintenance and servicing related to corporate actions.
• Use workflow tools to process, monitor and track activity; communicate status and issues.
