Vestmark, Inc. is seeking an experienced trader to support SMA/UMA sponsors by executing trades in Manager Models and overseeing trade orders across Vestmark platforms. The role centers on pre- and post-trade servicing, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of executions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SMA/UMA or wealth mgmt, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Collaboration with portfolio teams and sponsors is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in SMA/UMA or wealth management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be highly organized and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve trading process and efficiency.
• Process client model change requests by generating ATB block trade orders.
• Handle maintenance requests (new accounts, cash flows, terminations, tax harvests) and rebalance accounts.
• Communicate client model changes to sponsors per ATB trade order rotation within SLAs.
• Perform trading services to connect Vestmark with sponsors.
• Manage trade operations including order management, execution review and reconciliation.
