Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in application support.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Scripting skills in Python or shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely L1/L2 support for the Openlink trading platform and its ecosystem.
• Drive investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of complex issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Monitor system health and performance; proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Support end-of-day risk batches and related batch processing.
• Collaborate with traders, business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions.
• Manage the incident lifecycle, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews.
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule for weekend/bank holiday coverage.
• Develop and maintain knowledgebase articles and runbooks.
• Assist with deployments, upgrades, and disaster recovery tests.
