Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in brokerage operations, trading, or a related field.
• Familiarity with FIX protocol and equities trading; options experience is a plus.

• Deliver high-quality support to enterprise-level clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to order entry, execution, and OMS functionality.
