Job summary

Trillium Trading in New York City seeks a Trading Operations Analyst to ensure the firm’s trading infrastructure operates smoothly. This role serves as a critical link between traders and the technical support team, helping resolve real-time issues, manage equipment and workstations, and support core systems that keep trading running at peak performance.

The candidate will assemble and configure trader workstations, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain system performance across trader machines

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving skills to triage and resolve issues under pressure.
Familiarity with Windows-based systems and desktop support practices.
Comfortable interacting with end users in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Prior experience in tech support, IT help desk, or operations role preferred.
Exposure to trading or financial services environments a plus.
Bachelor Degree in IT, CIS, CS, or related-area required.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for trader technical inquiries and provide prompt responses.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues affecting traders and staff.
Assemble and configure new trader workstations, including hardware and software.
Maintain and audit system performance across trader machines.
Manage trading floor logistics, seating chart updates, and relocations.
Maintain records in the internal ticketing system for issue resolution.
Attend Feature Prioritization meetings to provide trader context for prioritization.
Provide troubleshooting and escalation support for proprietary trading applications.
