Triad Wealth is seeking a senior Trade Desk Manager to lead and mentor the trading team, overseeing all portfolio trading operations and ensuring execution quality.

You will partner with the CIO and Investment Management to shape trading strategy, manage transitions, and optimize efficiency across compliance, operations, and technology. This role requires a proven leader with deep market knowledge and a commitment to best execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years trading/investment management with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing trading operations including trade execution and transitions.
• Hands-on knowledge of OMS/EMS platforms and custodial integration.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams in fast-paced trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing trading team across the trade desk.
• Oversee trading operations, ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Develop and execute trading strategy with CIO and Investment Management.
• Manage external relationships with member firms, custodians, tech providers, and third-party managers.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and technology for system integration.
• Direct portfolio transitions for new member firms and reallocations.
• Maintain trading policies and update documentation for regulatory changes.
• Monitor trading dashboards, identify risks, and drive process improvements.
• Oversee trade reconciliation, errors, and issue resolution with custodians.
