Job summary

Triad Wealth seeks a seasoned Trade Desk Manager to lead a high-performing trading team within the Investment arm. You will oversee trading operations, drive strategy with the CIO and Investment Management, and maintain strong external relationships with member firms and custodians.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in trading/investment management and deep hands-on OMS/EMS experience across major platforms. This role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and process optimization within a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing trading team.
Oversee trading operations and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Develop and execute trading strategy with Investment Management team.
Manage external relationships with member firms and custodial partners.
Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Tech teams to integrate systems.
Direct portfolio transitions for new member firms and ensure timely reallocations.
