Job summary

Sensor Tower is seeking an Event Associate to support planning and execution of owned events, trade shows, and conferences across the AMER and EMEA regions, while taking full ownership of smaller tabletop events from planning through post-event follow-up. This role will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment, maximize event impact, and support business growth.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a focus on B2B events preferred.
  • Experience planning and executing successful events, from large conferences to intimate gatherings.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing concepts (messaging, branding, product marketing).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support event execution - 25% travel required across AMER and EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Event Marketing in executing event strategies aligned with business objectives and broader marketing goals.
  • Take ownership of tabletop events, including planning, logistics, collateral, swag, shipping, setup requirements, and pre and post-event follow-up.
  • Experience tailoring event email templates for pre- and post-event communications with customers and prospects.
  • Support owned, partner, virtual, and third-party events, including summits, dinners, happy hours, webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations for onsite teams of 10 or more.
  • Maintain event collateral, tabletop materials, and swag inventory across the Los Angeles, New York, and London offices.
  • Follow pre-event and post-event processes to support lead tracking, data accuracy, ROI measurement, and reporting.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, communications, and planning documents.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align event goals, campaigns, messaging, and business opportunities.
  • Support onsite execution, including setup, registration, team coordination, and breakdown.
  • Support the Head of Event Marketing on larger events and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify key events and opportunities for business development.
  • Track and monitor event spending and costs to ensure events stay within budget.
  • Partner with the Head of Event Marketing to maintain comprehensive event planning documents, including planning spreadsheets, pre-production decks, copy documents, nomination/lead trackers, and other essential materials, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
