Job summary

Fonroche Lighting America, Inc. is seeking a proactive Tradeshow & Event Coordinator in Fort Worth, on-site with travel required. You will lead the planning, logistics, and execution of a high volume of company events, trade shows, and customer activities.

You will own calendars, vendor coordination, budgets where applicable, materials and transport, while maintaining professional presentation across venues and teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, event management, project coordination, logistics, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high volume of company events, trade shows, conferences, ribbon cuttings, lunch-and-learns, customer events, and other marketing initiatives from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Own event logistics, including schedules, registrations, vendors, materials, equipment, transportation, budgets where applicable, and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain event timelines, calendars, and project plans to keep multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously.
• Proactively coordinate with event organizers, venues, vendors, customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure all requirements are met.
• Take ownership of event preparation, setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring materials, displays, signage, samples, and equipment are ready and professionally presented.
• Anticipate logistical challenges, resolve issues independently, and adjust plans as needed to keep events on track.
• Travel as needed to execute events and ensure successful on-site operations.
