Job summary

Residential Construction Workforce Partnership (RCWP) is seeking an organized Program Coordinator to support daily activities across workforce training programs for residential trades. You will assist the Program Manager with scheduling, documentation, and participant communications, ensuring alignment with funding and timelines.

The role emphasizes data entry, grant compliance support, and coordination with instructors, partners, and participants.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in workforce development or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in workforce development, training programs, human services, education, or administrative program support.
• Familiarity or interest in skilled trades, construction, or apprenticeship programs preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and details.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse participants and partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager with daily coordination of workforce training programs for residential trades (e.g., construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
• Assist the Program Manager with daily coordination of the Contractor Development Program.
• Help ensure program activities align with established schedules, organizational goals, and funding requirements.
• Maintain program calendars, track key deadlines, and communicate logistics to participants, instructors, and partners.
• Follow established program policies, procedures, and operational workflows and identify routine issues or gaps to share with the Program Manager.
