Job summary

Home Builders Institute seeks an Operations Manager for Workforce Training & Employment to lead remote programs. You will recruit, hire, train, and supervise RPCs, RCDCs, and instructors while coordinating with national offices and funding partners.

You will oversee budgets, ensure program compliance, and manage enrollment workflows. Strong leadership, communication, and budget-management skills are essential for success in a multi-site, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising a large staff including performance management and coaching.
• Minimum 3 years in program management; vocational program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruits and hires WTE RPCs, RCDCs, and Instructors.
• Supervises instructors and the vocational training activities of programs.
• Coordinates with funding agencies and partners; manages budgets.
• Manages enrollment and placement documentation and reporting.
• Handles personnel matters with discretion and in consultation with leadership.
