Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services dispatch experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technicians and calls at the same time.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and adjust quickly when priorities change.
• Strong computer skills and experience with scheduling/dispatch software.
• Service Titan experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of local geography and efficient routing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to service calls based on location, skill set, priority, and customer needs.
• Manage and adjust the daily service schedule throughout the day.

• Communicate schedule changes and arrival updates to customers.
• Work closely with technicians, CSRs, managers, and field leadership.

• Help maximize technician productivity and minimize drive time.
• Maintain accurate notes and job information in the dispatching system.
• Respond quickly when schedules change, calls run long, or emergencies arise.
• Support customers and field teams in a fast-paced service environment.
