Formación

• Minimum 1 year of trademark paralegal experience.
• Experience preparing and filing trademark documents with the USPTO.
• Familiarity with domestic and international trademark prosecution and maintenance procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain files involving prosecution and maintenance of domestic and international trademark portfolios.
• Prepare correspondence, documents, and trademark forms for attorney review.
• Prepare, review, and electronically file documents with the USPTO, including applications, Office Action responses, Statements of Use, and post-registration filings.
• Review and report filing receipts, publication notices, registration certificates, renewal certificates, and other trademark-related correspondence.
• Communicate with clients and foreign associates regarding registration, maintenance, and enforcement of trademark portfolios.
• Organize invoices from vendors and foreign associates and coordinate their approval and payment.
• Conduct research using the USPTO website and other legal resources.
• File and serve motions and related documents in TTAB proceedings.
• Assist with additional trademark projects and responsibilities as needed.
