Considine Search is assisting a premier global law firm in adding a mid-level paralegal to its Trademark group. The role offers a hybrid schedule with one day on-site per week in office, and a 37.5‑hour workweek (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–5:30 pm) across multiple U.S.

locations. Responsibilities include docket management, independent work, and handling domestic and foreign filings with SAEGIS scans, guided by a senior paralegal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of trademark experience.
• BA/BS degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Very organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Overview

Locations: Silicon Valley, CA; New York, NY; Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Seattle, WA; Santa Monica, CA; San Francisco, CA. Premier, global law firm, Trademark group, seeks a mid-level paralegal to join its collegial team. This position offers a hybrid schedule with one day on-site per week in office, with additional in‑office days as needed by business and client needs. Workweek: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Compensation

$85,000.00 - $133,750.00, plus bonus.
