Ideal candidates have 2+ years of TM experience, a paralegal certificate or degree, and familiarity with TEAS/TTAB tools, Anaqua, and USPTO processes. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree, paralegal certificate, or relevant work experience.
• Two or more years of trademark experience preferred.
• Proficiency with USPTO TEAS and TTAB tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with foreign associates regarding searching, filing, maintaining, and enforcing trademarks for clients.
• Search trademark registrations in USPTO and foreign offices.
• Prepare, file, and monitor trademark applications; draft responses to office actions.
• Draft affidavits of use and renewals; assist with related filings.
• Review and organize files; monitor deadlines and docketing; assist with copyright filings.
