Job summary

Fenwick & West seeks a mid-level Trademark Paralegal to join its collegial team. This role can be based in any U.S. office and offers a hybrid schedule with one day on-site per week, typically 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, totaling 37.5 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate will manage their own docket, handle domestic and foreign filings, conduct SAEGIS scans, and work with guidance from a senior paralegal. A BA/BS or ABA-approved paralegal certificate is preferred, with 3+ years of trademark experience.
