Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Trademark Paralegal Assistant to join the Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising team in supporting attorneys with U.S. and foreign trademark and copyright matters, including searches, enforcement, and due diligence.

You will maintain electronic records, assist with drafting and document preparation, and participate in training on trademark and copyright issues while ensuring timely time entries and proactive communication with the

Trademark Paralegal Assistant

At Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP, our people are our greatest asset. We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Trademark Paralegal Assistant to join our Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising team and help deliver an exceptional employee experience.

In this role, you will support attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of U.S. and foreign trademark and copyright matters, including searches, enforcement, and due diligence. As a member of the firm's professional support staff team, you will also help promote and maintain the goodwill and reputation of the firm while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

What You'll Do

• Update and maintain electronic records.

This position may be filled in the following locations. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.

Seattle compensation range: $44,460 - $62,670 annually

Denver compensation range: $42,150 - $59,410 annually
