The candidate should have a JD from a top law school, California Bar admission, 2+ years of trademark and copyright counseling and litigation experience, and strong analytical and writing skills.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier, nationally recognized law school.
• Active California Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex trademark and copyright litigation, including trial work.
• Provide counseling on strategy, enforcement, risk management, and media law compliance.
• Assist in investigating, prosecuting, and defending advertising, marketing, and unfair competition claims.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery responses, and manage trial preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop case strategies.
