Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of trademark & copyright counseling and litigation experience.
• Experience advising on development, protection, commercialization, and enforcement of IP rights.
• Background from a nationally recognized law school and prior AmLaw 100 firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Legal Research: conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Legal Writing: draft briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
• Case/Transaction Management: manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution.
• Client Interaction: build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships.
• Collaboration: work with other lawyers to develop strategy.
• Attend hearings, depositions, negotiations, trials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
• Engage in ongoing training and development.
