Qualifications

• At least two years of law firm experience in trademark and copyright counseling and litigation.
• Strong writing skills and client-first mindset.
• Background from a nationally recognized law school; AmLaw 100 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Legal research and analysis to support case and transaction strategy.
• Draft briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence with precision.
• Assist/manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution.
• Engage with clients and provide timely updates and practical advice.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals to develop case strategies.
• Attend hearings, depositions, negotiations, and trials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with evolving legal standards and precedents.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and pro bono involvement.
• Contribute to firm citizenship and community initiatives.
