The firm seeks a JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record, active California Bar admission, and 2+ years of substantive trademark and copyright experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of trademark and copyright counseling and litigation experience.
• Experience with trademark ownership, licensing, and fair use in commercial transactions.
• Strong analytical and written advocacy skills; ability to manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex trademark and copyright litigation, including trial-level work.
• Provide counseling on strategy, enforcement, risk management, and media law compliance.
• Assist in investigating, prosecuting, and defending advertising, marketing, and unfair competition claims.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery responses, and manage trial preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop case strategies.
