Job summary

Arclin USA LLC is seeking a Regional Trade & Compliance Manager for North America to lead import/export compliance across the region and partner with cross-functional teams. The role drives licensing, screening, sanctions, and regulatory alignment while supporting supply chains and customer commitments.

You will monitor regulatory changes, manage documentation, and implement continuous improvements to ensure compliant operations and minimized risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in trade compliance or related areas.
• Knowledge of import/export controls, licensing and sanctions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day import/export compliance across the region.
• Ensure accurate trade documentation, declarations, origin and valuation.
• Manage licensing, denied party screening, sanctions and embargo controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on products and customers.
• Coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Support audits, inquiries and continuous improvement in compliance.
