Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in trademark, copyright, advertising, and internet liability law.
• Experience with contested matters and boundary-pushing industries.
• Strong ownership of enforcement and dispute resolution work.

Responsibilities

• Clear and prosecute trademarks, manage oppositions and cancellations before TTAB.
• Enforce brand rights through demand letters, domain disputes, takedowns, and federal litigation.
• Advise clients on marketing claims, influencer marketing, and advertising compliance.
• Counsel on AI-generated content, virtual worlds and internet liability; develop cross-border strategies.
