Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct trademark prosecution and enforcement experience.
• Strong background in domestic and international IP matters, including licensing and copyright.

Responsibilities

• Conduct U.S. and global trademark clearance searches.
• Draft and prepare USPTO filings, including office action responses.
• Advise on Madrid Protocol filings and international trademark matters.
• Manage enforcement actions and draft cease-and-desist letters.
