The ideal candidate will possess a JD degree, admission to the New York State Bar, and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Competitive salary ranges from $260,000 to $365,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in trademark, copyright, and IP litigation.
• Admittance to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
• Strong exposure to TTAB proceedings and USPTO practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of IP matters including litigation and counseling.
• Draft and review legal documents such as patent applications and agreements.
• Provide legal advice to clients on IP matters and compliance.
