The role focuses on sophisticated trademark prosecution, enforcement, and contested matters, with hybrid 2/3 or remote scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of trademark experience, domestic and international clearance, TTAB familiarity, and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of trademark experience including domestic and international clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
• Experience with cease-and-desist letters and TTAB proceedings.
• Must hold JD from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted or eligible in Massachusetts or New York.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
• Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios.
• Prepare trademark applications, search opinions, and responses to office actions.
• Draft and respond to cease-and-desist letters.
• Assist with TTAB oppositions, cancellations, and trademark disputes.
• Collaborate with foreign counsel on international trademark matters.
