Job summary

Marina Sirras & Associates LLC is recruiting on behalf of a major Am law 100 firm to hire an associate in brand protection and advertising with AI, influencer marketing, virtual and technology clients. The position is based in the firm’s offices, including Boston, with a salary range of $235k to $360k per year.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in trademark, advertising claims, and related litigation, plus U.S. work authorization and active bar admission.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in trademark, copyright, advertising, and Internet liability.
• Experience with trademark prosecution, clearance searches, trademark oppositions, enforcement and federal litigation.
• Experience with advertising/marketing claims, enforcement, and defending content.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

This position is open in the firm's New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Seattle, Boston, and Washington, DC offices. The salary range for this position is between $235k to $360k.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in trademark, copyright, advertising, and Internet liability.
• Experience with trademark prosecution, clearance searches, trademark oppositions, enforcement and federal litigation.
• Experience with advertising/marketing claims, enforcement, and defending content.
• Excellent academic credentials is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
