Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Trade Spend Manager in Chesterfield, MO to oversee NA trade spend activities across rebates, commissions, and penalties for US and Canadian customers. You will manage annual budgets, analyze margins, and deliver reporting while ensuring policy compliance and risk controls.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, AR/AP, and Pricing teams, plus strong SAP/Tableau/Excel skills. The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, process improvement, and experience with

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting or related field.
MBA preferred but not required.
5-7 years in a similar role handling customer-related business processes.
2-3 years with Trade Spend is an asset.
Strong understanding of accounting processes (GL, invoicing, deductions).
Knowledge of CBOT futures and basis trading is beneficial.
Experience leading remote or outsourced teams.
Proficient SAP, Tableau and Excel skills for analytics.

Responsibilities

Oversee US and Canadian rebates and commissions with sales, pricing, and contracts teams.
Budget planning and reporting of trade spend, margins, and program effectiveness.
Oversee penalties, research timely issues with sales and customer service.
Identify process improvements and participate in system upgrades.
Handle ad-hoc analysis and special projects to meet deadlines.
Ensure policies and risk management for trade spend execution.
