Job summary

Campbell’s, a leading consumer foods company, seeks a Manager for NA Trade Spend & Broker Governance to drive governance and analytics across North America Foodservice. You will enable Sales leadership with decision-ready analytics, broker accountability, and ROI-focused KPIs to align resources with measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong governance, cross-functional collaboration, and advanced Excel/BI skills, with a hybrid in-office presence in Camden, NJ.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years in CPG sales, sales ops, trade management or related functions.

Responsibilities

Lead Broker Center of Excellence with scorecards, KPI visibility and governance routines.
Develop broker KPI dashboards in partnership with broker leadership and Sales Ops.
Manage monthly broker scorecards and performance tracking.
Establish governance frameworks for Broker Leadership and market visits.
Ensure broker tools, materials and resources are current and accessible.
Oversee broker training readiness and update learning paths.
Support broker client meetings with agendas and follow-ups.
Lead foodshow governance, including event expectations and post-event reviews.
Coordinate broker resources across Analytics, Marketing and Support Services.
Facilitate broker-related culinary engagements and ideation sessions.
