Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting or related field (MBA a plus).
5-7 years in a similar role handling customer-related business processes (AR, credit, finance, pricing, or customer service).
2-3 years directly with Trade Spend would be an asset.
Strong accounting process knowledge (GL entries, invoicing, customer deductions).
Experience with SAP/SFDC is an asset.

Responsibilities

Oversee US and Canadian rebates and commissions, analyzing and processing data with sales and contracts teams.
Manage penalties, provide reporting and trend analysis, and collaborate with sales to recover invalid deductions.
Budgeting and reporting of customer trade spend, including margin and program effectiveness and accruals.
Identify process improvements and participate in system implementations and upgrades.
Handle ad-hoc projects and ensure policies and risk controls are followed.
Coordinate with Sales, AR/AP, Customer Service and Pricing teams on issues and concerns.
