Job summary

CJ Schwan’s, headquartered in Hopkins, MN, is looking for a Trade Spend Coordinator to manage trade promotions for a defined account group and to audit contracts, validate deductions, and ensure timely payment processing.

You will analyze trade spend data, support business decisions with insights, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to optimize program performance while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; basic data entry into electronic databases such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer trade programs including tracking, validation, reporting, payments, and accruals.
• Analyze trade spend data to evaluate promotions, discounts and related activities.
• Validate claim data integrity for sales reporting from internal and external sources.
