Job summary

Cruxx in Edison, New Jersey, is hiring a Marketing Events/Tradeshow Coordinator to own the trade show and conference presence end to end, reporting to the incoming Chief Marketing Officer. The role is on-site with travel and involves managing booth logistics, demos, staffing, and lead capture at every show.

The position emphasizes hands-on event logistics, on-site content production, and collaboration with the marketing team to ensure branding consistency and impactful exhibitor presence.

Qualifications

• Experience running full trade shows with heavy, reusable kit.
• Hands-on trade show logistics: freight, drayage, exhibitor services.
• Ability to shoot and post social and video content on-site.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• On-site availability in Edison, NJ with travel to shows.
• Healthcare/medical device event experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run five US trade shows per year end-to-end: booth design, freight, services, install/dismantle, staffing, timing.
• Coordinate one international meeting per year from the office.
• Organise breakfasts, evening events and sponsorships around major meetings.
• Produce social and video content at the booth with editorial judgment.
• Own lead capture at every event and ensure leads reach the commercial team.
• Work with in-house designer to maintain correct branding at the booth.
