In this role, you will review designs for compliance and pricing, prepare detailed estimates for custom projects, and coordinate with fabricators to meet client deadlines. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of industry fabrication techniques.

Responsibilities

• Review designs to meet budgets and client objectives.
• Prepare accurate estimates for custom fabrication projects.
• Coordinate with specialized fabricators to meet deadlines.
• Review vendor pricing to ensure profit margins are being maintained.
• Coordinate with outside specialized fabricators, as needed, to maintain client deadlines.
• Participate in regular production meetings, job launches, and staff meetings to interact and communicate effectively with all departments and staff ensuring optimum results and scheduling.
• Assist in monitoring of rental inventory; communicate and assist operations in determining necessity for additional rental inventory property purchases.
• Assist with Reconciling costs with accounting.
• Promptly and professionally respond to client inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Continually educate self on new product lines, construction techniques, audio visual, and lighting.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Estimatore Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review designs to ensure budgets, show regulation compliance, and client objectives are met
• Review designs prior to client submission to confirm fabrication feasibility, ballpark pricing, and value engineering
• Complete accurate and detailed estimates including materials and labor for custom fabrication projects
• Review vendor pricing to ensure profit margins are being maintained
• Coordinate with outside specialized fabricators, as needed, to maintain client deadlines
• Participate in regular production meetings, job launches, and staff meetings to interact and communicate effectively with all departments and staff ensuring optimum results and scheduling
