CenterPoint seeks an Associate Account Manager to join our fast-paced trade show team. You will work closely with internal departments to manage client participation, ensure on-time delivery, and handle show service orders from vendors.

This role demands proactive problem solving, strong communication, and meticulous budgeting across multiple projects. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of account/project management experience in events or trade shows, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of account management or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments to manage all aspects of client trade show participation.
• Review show service manuals and regulations to ensure compliant events.
• Prepare and process show service orders and obtain bids from vendors.
• Organize and distribute project information including timelines and estimates.
• Serve as liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Track and reconcile project expenses and manage client asset knowledge.
• Work with Warehouse on inventory for shows and events as needed.
• Provide day-to-day client support and work with limited supervision.
