• Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact.
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via multiple channels to support efficiency and service.
• Analyzes and resolves moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions.
• Identifies risks and opportunities for process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Resolves and escalates matched/unmatched trades for Clients settling in the Americas (US, Canada, Latin America).
• Ensures timely responses to client queries regarding settlements and reports.
