Job summary

CMA CGM in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Reporting Analyst to support the Trade organization with recurring reporting, on-demand analysis, and presentation development. You will consolidate data, validate outputs, and circulate information to Trade teams to inform decision-making.

You will create clear PowerPoint reports and customer advisories, turning data into a compelling narrative with visuals that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing recurring trade reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and present clear findings.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with data visualization emphasis.
• Experience supporting trade, customer advisory communications, and leadership presentations.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in Trade meetings to monitor performance and trends.
• Consolidate, validate, and distribute recurring Trade reports on schedule.
• Analyze on-demand reporting requests and generate outputs or escalate as needed.
• Prepare on-demand presentations using approved templates and standards.
• Create Customer Advisories aligned with approved communication practices.
