Responsibilities

• Optimize vessel allocations in coordination with Trade, Ops and Logistics.
• Monitor bookings and prevent overbooking, advising Trade Management as needed.
• Forecast loading figures with Trade and Logistics for voyage projections.
• Provide vessel simulations to ensure load lists do not affect stability.
• Maintain COA allocations in the tool and set booking limits.
• Support space approvals and routing queries for other teams.
• Assist in reducing operating costs through timely reports on idle cargo and faster sailings.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to department goals.
