Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions (Apex) is seeking an Operations Specialist (P&S) to manage day-to-day trade reconciliation, corrections, and client service within the Purchase & Sales department. You will analyze trade postings, resolve discrepancies, and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade processing and reconciliation workflows.
• Strong focus on customer service and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify daily purchase and sale transactions across equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Identify and resolve trade discrepancies and posting errors promptly.
• Coordinate with counterparties and internal teams to facilitate accurate settlement.
• Maintain supervisory oversight and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SLAs.
