Acosta is seeking a Trade Specialist to bridge the centralized trade organization with client-facing sales and internal services. You will manage client systems, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment of contracts, customer execution and financial settlements.

The role emphasizes analytics, reconciliation expertise, and collaboration across global service teams, with a focus on effective trade investments in multiple channels.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree preferred; 3–5 years related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience considered.
• Experience with trade management systems, financial reconciliation, or customer accounts.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME in client trade systems, ensuring accurate setup and interpretation of contracts, rates, dates, and product details.
• Compare contracts and systems to identify discrepancies, risks, and financial impacts.
• Audit customer trade events and deductions to validate contract terms and policies.
• Lead reconciliation efforts by aligning deduction timing with client requests and internal balances.
• Own KPIs related to open deductions and provide regular reporting to Sales, Clients, and GBS.
• Analyze trends in trade discrepancies to identify root causes and improvements.
• Partner with Global Business Services to resolve issues and refine SOPs.
• Facilitate cross-functional operating cadences for transparency and issue resolution.
