Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) Manager to lead promotional strategy, analytics, and optimization initiatives that drive revenue growth and market performance.

You will partner with Revenue Growth Management, Finance, and Key Account teams to develop data-driven promotional strategies, optimize trade investments, and ensure data integrity across TPO, TPM, and Pricing Compass platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Commercial Strategy, or Key Account Management.
• Experience with Trade Promotion Optimization, pricing, or revenue growth management tools.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• CPG or beverage industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional strategy, analytics, and optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Revenue Growth Management, Finance, and Analytics to develop data-driven promotional strategies.
• Optimize trade investments and deliver actionable insights that improve results.
