Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a TPO Manager to lead Trade Promotion Optimization strategy, process, and measurement across the organization. The role partners with Key Accounts and the PPM team to translate strategy into executable promotional plans that drive revenue and margin.

You will own the TPO, TPM, and Pricing Compass platforms, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in RGM, finance or KA in consumer goods/beverage.
• Experience with Trade Promotion Optimization and price optimization tools.
• Strong finance and analytical abilities.
• Advanced English language required.

Responsibilities

• Track and maximize promotion profitability across packages and customers.
• Create promo simulations and analyses for strategic opportunities.
• Simulate promotions by customer and package to explore options and maximize margin.
• Present insights to leadership and accounts teams.
• Lead promotional activities with KA Executives and Directors.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment with commercial objectives.
