Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) Manager to drive revenue growth through data-driven promo strategies. You’ll partner with RGM, Key Accounts, Finance, and Analytics to optimize trade investments and provide strategic insights.

You will own the TPO, TPM, and Pricing Compass platforms, ensuring strong data integrity, process effectiveness, and broad user adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Commercial Strategy, or Key Account Management.
Experience with Trade Promotion Optimization, pricing, or revenue growth management tools.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
CPG/beverage industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead promotional strategy, analytics, and optimization initiatives to drive revenue growth and market performance.
Partner with Revenue Growth Management, Key Account, Finance, and Analytics teams to develop data-driven promo strategies.
Own TPO, TPM, and Pricing Compass platforms ensuring adoption, data integrity, and effective processes.
Deliver actionable insights to improve business results and optimize trade investments.
