Job summary

Haleon in Berkley Heights, NJ is seeking a Manager, Pricing and Trade Promotion to lead go-to-market 4P strategies within the Customer Strategy & Planning team. You will design trade offers, collaborate with marketing, sales and display teams, and translate insights into market-ready programs to win in-store and online.

The role requires 3+ years in trade marketing, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills with experience using syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in trade marketing or sales in OTC/CPG.
• Experience interacting with customers in retail.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with syndicated data sources (IRI/Nielsen).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy trade offers (in store and online) aligned to brand strategy and drive trade support.
• Engage with Customer Sales Teams to align business plans and merchandising requests.
• Manage trade materials and communications to keep brand updates.
• Contribute to budget discussions for display and bonus packs to ensure activation support.
• Lead Quarterly Promotional Reviews with stakeholders to evaluate promos and identify opportunities.
• Provide input on pricing policies and trade promo strategies based on in-market performance.
