Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a TPM Administrator (Temporary) to safeguard TPM data integrity within XTEL TPM systems in a dynamic CPG environment. This role partners with Trade Finance, Customer Planning, RGM, Sales, and Deductions to ensure accurate TPM execution and audit readiness.

The position emphasizes governance, access management, and process discipline over promotional strategy, with an anticipated duration through April 2027.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Trade Promotion Management, Trade Finance, or related roles.
• CPG industry experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with TPM systems; XTEL TPM experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of trade promotion processes, accruals, and controls.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Experience supporting audits, SOX controls, or internal control frameworks related to trade spend.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RGM, and Deductions teams.

Responsibilities

• TPM System Integrity & Controls: review TPM events in XTEL for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Enforce deadlines for promotion and event entry to support timely accruals and reporting.
• Perform ongoing control checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, or process gaps in TPM.
• Support SOX, audit, and internal control requirements related to trade spend and TPM data integrity.
• Governance & Access Management: manage TPM system access, roles, and permissions per control standards.
• Serve as a gatekeeper for TPM process adherence and system usage.

Who You Are: The TPM Administrator (Temporary) is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and control of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) data within XTEL TPM. This role serves as a key control point ensuring trade events are set up correctly, deadlines are met, system access is governed appropriately, and audit requirements are upheld. The position partners closely with Trade Finance, Customer Planning, RGM, Sales, and the Deductions team to ensure high‑quality TPM execution and compliance. This is a control‑oriented role, focused on system accuracy, governance, and process adherence rather than promotional strategy or analytics. This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration through April 2027.

What You're Good At

• TPM System Integrity & Controls Review and validate TPM events in XTEL to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Enforce deadlines for promotion and event entry to support timely accruals, close processes, and reporting.
• Perform ongoing control checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, or process gaps within TPM.
• Support SOX, audit, and internal control requirements related to trade spend and TPM data integrity.
• Governance & Access Management Manage TPM system access, roles, and permissions in alignment with internal control standards.
• Serve as a gatekeeper for TPM process adherence and system usage.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Customer Planning & Sales to ensure promotions are entered correctly and on time.
• Trade Finance on accrual accuracy, trade spend integrity, and audit readiness.
• RGM on trade structure and event alignment.
• Deductions Team to support issue resolution tied to TPM execution.
• Act as a point of escalation for TPM data or process issues.

Training & Enablement

• Provide TPM system training and guidance to users to reinforce best practices and standard processes.
• Create and maintain documentation related to TPM processes, controls, and system usage.

What You Contribute
