Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a TPM Administrator (Temporary) to safeguard TPM data integrity within XTEL TPM systems in a dynamic CPG environment. This role partners with Trade Finance, Customer Planning, RGM, Sales, and Deductions to ensure accurate TPM execution and audit readiness.

The position emphasizes governance, access management, and process discipline over promotional strategy, with an anticipated duration through April 2027.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Trade Promotion Management, Trade Finance, or related roles.
• CPG industry experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with TPM systems; XTEL TPM experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of trade promotion processes, accruals, and controls.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Experience supporting audits, SOX controls, or internal control frameworks related to trade spend.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RGM, and Deductions teams.

Responsibilities

• TPM System Integrity & Controls: review TPM events in XTEL for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Enforce deadlines for promotion and event entry to support timely accruals and reporting.
• Perform ongoing control checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, or process gaps in TPM.
• Support SOX, audit, and internal control requirements related to trade spend and TPM data integrity.
• Governance & Access Management: manage TPM system access, roles, and permissions per control standards.
• Serve as a gatekeeper for TPM process adherence and system usage.
