Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a TPM Administrator (Temporary) to safeguard TPM data integrity in XTEL TPM at our Austin HQ. You will ensure accurate event setup, enforce deadlines, and support audits and SOX controls in a cross‑functional environment with Sales, Finance, RGM and Deductions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in TPM/CPG roles, hands‑on TPM systems experience (XTEL preferred), and strong Excel skills. This temporary role runs through April 2027 with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in TPM/CPG.
• Hands-on TPM systems experience; XTEL TPM preferred.
• Strong understanding of trade promotion processes, accruals and controls.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Experience supporting audits, SOX controls, or internal control frameworks related to trade spend.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RGM, and Deductions teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure TPM data integrity and accuracy in TPM system.
• Enforce deadlines for promotions and event entry.
• Govern TPM access, roles and permissions per internal controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, RGM, and Deductions for issue resolution.
• Provide TPM training and maintain process documentation.
