The role acts as a liaison between Sales, Business Management, Demand Planning and Marketing to craft plans that meet company objectives and are understood at review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience leading trainings or mentoring staff.
• CPG or consumer goods trade marketing experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of product management and customer trade planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the trade planning process with Sales teams to create pricing and trade plans.
• Acts as liaison between Sales, Business Management, Demand Planning and Marketing.
• Coordinates plan creation and ensures understanding during approval.
• Tracks trade spending and reports on monthly/YTD performance.
• Supports end-user training for the planning system.
