Job summary

Calculated Hire seeks an experienced Loan Trade Operations professional to process loan trade transactions in Loan IQ and ClearPar, guiding booking and closing of trades. You will prepare daily reports for downstream analytics and financial accounting, while upholding governance over trade capture processes.

Responsibilities include advising on implementations, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Typically between 4 - 6 years of Loan Syndications and Trading experience or post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and experience using Loan IQ and ClearPar – In-depth.
Knowledge of the business unit’s products, processes and controls – In-depth.
Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements of the business – In-depth.

Responsibilities

Process loan trade transactions with accuracy in Loan IQ and ClearPar.
Provide guidance and execution in booking and closing of Trades/Assignments.
Prepare daily transactional reporting for downstream analytics and financial accounting processes.
Maintain governance and controls over the trade capture process.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to respond to inquiries and drive initiatives.
