Job summary

Guggenheim Investments seeks a Senior Associate to join the Loan Services team in the New York Office. You will support trade operations and funding, analyze data, and coordinate loan settlements and borrowings in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires interaction with traders, credit analysts, and legal teams, with a focus on accuracy and timely funding, as well as maintaining ClearPar/WSO workflows and contributing to monthly metrics.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 4+ years of relevant work experience in investment management or financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bank loan-related transactions in portfolio management systems including transfers, CLO & middle market closings, crosses, CTP and terminations.
• Book all trade amendments and reallocations for Bank Loan trades.
• Perform daily confirmation of Bank Loan trades in Aladdin.
• Monitor and resolve trade-related cash/position breaks on dashboard.
• Provide fund admins with settlement packages and additional documentation.
