We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Loan IQ Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the Loan IQ platform. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that loan operations are efficient, compliant, and scalable.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for Loan IQ.
• System Configuration & Testing: Support configuration, testing, and deployment of Loan IQ enhancements and integrations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline loan servicing processes using Loan IQ capabilities.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze loan data and generate reports to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
• Training & Support: Provide end-user training and support for Loan IQ functionality and updates.
